1. Go to the form by clicking on the green hyperlink box below:
Click the blue “Download” bar ton the right of the form to make it fillable. Complete the Data Input Form. SAVE IT TO YOUR HARD DRIVE OR "SHARE" IF ON MOBILE DEVICE.
2. Submit your photos by clicking black and gray button below:
The listing package you purchased determines the number of photos to upload. Go to “Click here
to Add Files.” Enter YOUR EMAIL in the “Your Email box.” Click “Upload Files.” Images will automatically be sent to Paddy’s email. DO NOT HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT. You can click
out of this site.
Important: Images must be in jpg format and not over 10MB in size. At least one image has to be the Front of the property. Images may not be Branded (no signs, or contact info). Copyrighted images are strictly forbidden, including images that have been previously used on the GAMLS.
If you want the photos in a certain order, you must begin the file name with the order number.
3. Once you have completed your property data form, & have submitted images, complete the Listing Agreement. Click on green hyperlink box to go to form.
Important: If it does not apply, put “NA.” If there is no 2nd signer, put “NA” in 2nd signer text fields. SAVE COMPLETED FORM TO YOUR HARD DRIVE. Then click “Submit to Paddy” button. A new email to Paddy window will pop up. Click “Send.” If it does not pop up, email completed form to Paddy manually.
NEXT, you will receive an email, with a signing invite from the GAMLS Authentisign. Then, click the Blue “Sign Here.” Click blue “Accept” Signature.” Then the Red “Start.” Sign where prompted. Then, “Complete Signing.” When all parties have signed, everyone will get a copy of the signed document.
THE SET-UP PROCESS IS NOW COMPLETE!
